Return Policy

Return Rules and Restrictions

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Customer must be issued an RMA number either by opening a customer care ticket at https://dealer.safeamp.net/contact or by calling a SafeAmp® Customer Service Representative at 1-727-683-9112
  • Shipping and handling costs and other additional charges are non-refundable.
  • We will not accept CODs or third party billing for returned merchandise
  • If there is extensive damage to an item upon delivery, call a SafeAmp® Customer Support Representative immediately at 1-727-683-9112.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 3-10 days of SafeAmp® receiving your returned product.
  • SafeAmp.net purchases must only be returned directly to SafeAmp®
  • Items purchased from an Authorized SafeAmp® Online retailer or retail store must be returned directly back to them. Our Authorized Retailers return policies may vary, returns are at their sole discretion.
